Link-in-Bio Strategy
How to create a link-in-bio page
A bio page is one public URL for buttons, products, and contact actions. Build it so you can measure taps, not just collect them.

Key takeaways
- One profile URL should cover Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and a card.
- Buttons need the same analytics as short links.
- A custom domain and a title tag are not optional if you care about search.
Start with the jobs, not the theme
List the three actions you actually want this week: watch, buy, book, join, or write. Those become buttons. Social icons are secondary. A page with twelve equal links is a drawer, not a funnel.
What the page should include
Photo, name, one-line bio, the primary buttons, then socials, then extras (WhatsApp, email, newsletter). Add video or product cards only if they earn a tap. Set a title and description. Attach your domain when HTTPS is ready.
Measure button clicks, not just views
Views tell you the profile was opened. Button clicks tell you what people wanted. Put that report next to campaign links so a Reel and a bio button can be compared.
